b) by collecting „cookies” files [see Cookie Policy]
- Personal data provided in forms are processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form’s function:
The main purpose is to provide the service offered by the website and the store and to execute the service process, which results from the form’s function.
a) The processing of personal data provided by the buyer in connection with purchases in the store is for order fulfillment purposes.
The following personal data is collected for the purpose of order fulfillment: 1. mailing address – necessary for issuing a purchase receipt; 2. place of delivery of the goods – necessary for addressing the shipment; 3. email – necessary for communication related to order fulfillment; 4. phone number – necessary for certain delivery methods.
b) Additionally, I record the email address to send the User a book excerpt, a newsletter (and respond to any queries if submitted) as part of the Service.
c) I save the user’s first name (without the last name) provided in the forms of the duchowelaboratorium.pl and booktarget.pl/spirituallab websites to personalize the newsletter (i.e., address the User by their first name when sending a book excerpt and messages).
d) Email addresses may also be used for direct marketing of offered services.

As the administrator of personal data, I inform you that user personal data may be transferred to third countries because the Website and the Store use external service providers. Detailed information is available in the privacy policies of individual providers (appropriate links with the provider’s headquarters are included in this text).
The website and the Store carry out the provision of services with the help of external entities – website operators – such as the technical service providers listed below.

Provider of the invoicing system in the order processing process in the store: Web INnovative Software Sp. z o.o, ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 105/21, 51-166 Wrocław, KRS: 0000342082, NIP: 8982167294, REGON: 021120771. Privacy Policy. As well as external accounting offices and tax offices – for the fulfillment of legal and tax obligations related to accounting.
Payments in the store are processed using: Autopay S.A., based in Sopot at ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, registered with the District Court Gdańsk – Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register (KRS) under the number 0000320590, with share capital of 2,205,500 PLN (fully paid up), NIP: 585-13-51-185, REGON: 191781561. b) The service of newsletters on duchowelaboratorium.pl, booktarget.pl/spirituallab, and the survey at www.ankieta.duchowelaboratorium.pl is provided by the service operator MailerLite Limited, with registered office: Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, D02 P593, Ireland. The newsletter concerns services provided to you and is sent only to individuals who have confirmed their subscription.
I pay particular attention to the protection of personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) since May 25, 2018, due to the special category of sensitive data provided in the survey at www.ankieta.duchowelaboratorium.pl, such as religious and philosophical beliefs.
BookTarget, as the administrator of personal data, both the MailerLite Limited technology provider, of its own free will, indirectly or directly – does not have the ability to identify the provided data with a specific individual. Only aggregate survey statistics, regarding the general user population or specific survey sections,
may be provided to interested research participants in the event of submission; also to cooperating entities; or may be presented on cooperating websites.
d) In order to provide the service on the Website, links to other cooperating websites may be included. Such websites also collect and process personal data, although they operate independently of the Website and have their own privacy policies. I carefully select reliable websites of partners.
e) Your data may be disclosed to entities or authorities authorized to do so if necessary under the law.
- Personal data on the Website and in the Store is collected and processed on the basis of the voluntary consent expressed by the User at the time of providing such data:
a) Placing an order in the store by pressing the „Order and Pay” button constitutes a declaration of the buyer’s intention to conclude an agreement with the seller. When placing an order, until the „Order and Pay” button is clicked, the buyer has the option to modify the personal data provided for the purchase receipt.
b) In the case of subscription, i.e., the newsletter service – user consent is expressed:
on the basis of additional and conscious confirmation of the subscription by the user (method known as „Double Opt-in,” two-factor authentication). by checking an additional checkbox in the shopping cart with the content „I consent to subscribe to the newsletter (from the book’s author).” This consent is also confirmed by providing a link redirecting to this Privacy Policy.
c) In the case of completing a survey (poll) – on the website www.ankieta.duchowelaboratorium.pl – voluntary consent to data processing is expressed by selecting the „I consent” option in an additional window. Using dedicated text displayed in an additional window, basic information about the collection, processing, and protection of personal data is provided, along with a link redirecting to this Privacy Policy.
Please note that data of a special category provided in surveys – religious and philosophical beliefs – are subject to special protection under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The collection of such data is permitted, among other things, if the individual has voluntarily consented to it.
